Order processing time may vary from time to time. It normally takes 1-2 business day to process the order once your order is submitted. Orders placed over the weekends will only be processed on the following business day(s).
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Please note we will not be able to cancel your order if your order has already been shipped.
The average standard shipping time in Canada varies from 3 to 7 business days depending on the shipping address. Tracking information will be provided via email once the order is processed and shipped.
We offer free standard ground shipping within Canada for orders $50 or over before taxes with exceptions to remote regions. For orders under $50, we charge a flat shipping fee of only $8.95.
Express/Expedited and Priority shipping options are available for additional surcharge. Priority shipping option might not be available for certain regions. *Please note that for Maritime Remote and Territories, Express/Expedited and Priority shipping might take more than 5 to 7 business days. Contact our Customer Service team to get additional information.
Remote regions in the Northern Territories, are excluded from our free standard shipping. Additional shipping surcharge may apply.
