Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase or change your mind, you can simply return the product and get a refund within 30 days of your purchase. 


Upon the inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost if the product is new and unused. If the product is used, an additional restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned product.


If the product you receive is incorrect or damaged/defective, Please contact us for more details on how to get a free replacement. Please note we cannot accept the return of opened/used personal care items and household supplies, such as headphones, PPE products, baking supplies, etc. Items sold on clearance are final sale, and no return will be accepted.



All products purchased from our website are covered under the manufacturer's warranty to be free of workmanship and manufacturing defects under normal use for 1 year from the date of purchase (unless indicated otherwise).


Our warranty does not cover any damage from misuse, accident, abuse, or failure due to normal wear and tear. In no event, Canada Online Store shall be responsible for any products/equipment used in connection with the product purchased from our website.


In the event of a return of the defective product is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label with return instructions in our reply email. Once a warranty claim is approved, the defective product will be replaced at no charge; however, all warranty claims are subject to shipping & handling fees, and applicable taxes.
